i used to have a lot of guinea pigs but was forced to give them away. i really miss them! i love the way they squeak for grass!!!

hmm... what kind did you have? (eg. what color/hair type?)
I have; -I think- 2 wavy-haired dutch guineas (one has brown bands and the other black) and two of the normal straight-haired kind (one albino and one black/brown)

we had all types, we had 20 of them in a MASSIVE cage thing with this sought of floor which grass could get through. i remember we had at lest the fluffy ones, the flat haired ones, the ones with really long hair and the flat haired ones with a sought of crown of hair. my first was a fluffy guinea pig called Dreamer. she was dark brown with a whie under belly, a cream leg and a patch on her rump of cream. she wa awesome, everyday after i got home from school she would nibble and lick my finger...hehe...she was so awesome...i was really really sad when she died, but i had her flat haired daughter Vixen. who had Balto (a fluffy) who had tonnes and tonnes of little pigs...i could go on for ages of them all...we had this guinea pig called Pip, she could jump out of a laundry basket from a stand still...and Balto spent his whole life trying to chew his way out of his cage to the females!!!

sounds like a hilarious bunch *giggle* why'd you have to get rid of them?

we had to get rid of them because we ran out of time to play with them...i think, it was a while ago....like, we could take care of them, but we couldn't really play with them. then my favorite piggy died, Vixen. so after like 8 years of pigs we gave them away to a pig farm. (breeding for pet stores, not meat....never meat)
but i am seriously considering getting another one...thing is they live for about 3 years and i would be in about year 11 when they died, with tonnes of homework, but they aren't that much work...i am seriously SERIOUSLY thinking about getting another one...in the holidays...if i do get one i'll have to get two so they arn't lonely...what sought of antics do your pigs get up to???
